This was a new style of episode for me. Instead of interviewing a health expert on a particular topic, I was able to interview a good friend, Frank Mocerino, about his own personal health hacking and healing journey. Struggling with several chronic, scary disease conditions, such as ulcerative colitis and Lyme Disease, Frank shares how he built his own all-star healthcare team and self-care strategy to help heal himself along the way.
Using the power of specific health hacks such as float tanks, morning sunlight, meditation, breath work, cold therapy, Vipassana meditation retreats, Frank has all but completely healed himself of his own health challenges. He even shares how he used the power of visualization to create the state he desired on command!
